The Delivery date orders tab provides a centralized view of all orders with scheduled shipping, pickup, or local delivery dates and times, allowing you to manage these details efficiently without opening each order individually. You can access this feature through the Delivery & Pickup app in your Shopify admin, where you can view various order details such as order ID, customer name, delivery date, and fulfillment status. You can filter orders by delivery date, status, method, and location, and utilize search and sort options to find specific orders.
While you can edit delivery dates and times directly within the app, note that changes to delivery status do not sync back to Shopify. For further management, you can export the order list as a CSV file, which is useful for sharing with your team or for offline review.
In this article, you will learn how to open this page, what each column means, how to use the filters, and how to search, sort, and export your orders.
How to access this page
- Log in to your Shopify admin.
- Open the Delivery & Pickup app.
- In the app menu, click Order listing.

Tips & best practices
2. Update delivery status regularly — this keeps your team aligned on what stage each order is at.
3. Use Export for team handoffs — a CSV file is an easy way to share the day’s delivery list with drivers or staff who don’t have Shopify access.
