Dashboard

AI Overview

The Dashboard provides you with a centralized view of all orders due for delivery or pickup today, eliminating the need to sift through your Shopify order list. It displays shipping, store pickup, and local delivery orders on a single screen, allowing you to manage your daily deliveries efficiently. You can access the Dashboard from the Delivery & Pickup app in your Shopify admin, where you'll find key analytics and order listings tailored to your needs. At the top, the Order delivery analytics section summarizes your orders by type, showing totals for shipping, store pickup, and local deliveries.

Below this, the order listing table provides detailed information about each order, including delivery status and options to update it directly. If your Dashboard shows zero orders, check your filters, and remember that it only displays orders scheduled for today. You can also track feature requests and explore recommended apps to enhance your store's performance.

The Dashboard gives you one place to see every order due for delivery or pickup today. You do not need to dig through your Shopify order list. Instead, you get a quick snapshot of shipping, store pickup, and local delivery orders on a single screen.

In this article, you will learn what each part of the Dashboard shows. You will also learn how to use it to manage your daily deliveries without any confusion.

How to access the dashboard

You can open the Dashboard from anywhere within the app using either of the following methods:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
  2. Open the Delivery & Pickup app from the Apps list.
  3. The app opens directly on the Dashboard page.

If you are already using another page within the app, simply click the Delivery & Pickup app name in the top navigation to return to the Dashboard at any time.

📊 Order delivery analytics

The Order delivery analytics area sits at the top of the Dashboard. It gives you a fast count of where your orders stand today. Also, it splits your orders into three types, so you always know what needs your attention first.

🚚

Shipping orders delivery

Shows total orders, how many are out for delivery, and how many are already delivered.

🏬

Store pickup orders delivery

Shows total pickup orders, how many are ready for pickup, and how many customers have already picked up.

📍

Local orders delivery

Shows total local delivery orders, how many are out for delivery, and how many are delivered.

For example, say you run a bakery. Today you have 5 shipping orders, 2 local deliveries, and 3 store pickups. This section instantly shows how many of each are still pending. As a result, you always know where to focus first, without opening every single order.

Note: Have you set up the delivery calendar on the product page instead of the cart page? Then your Dashboard will look a little different. In this setup, only the Orders, Out for delivery, and Delivered counts show under Shipping orders delivery. Also, the order list below will show which products need delivery today, instead of full order-level details. Store pickup and local delivery data will not appear on the Dashboard in this case.
