How to Add Delivery Date and Time for Manually Created Orders?

📝 Create an Order Manually in Shopify

Before you can add a delivery date and time using the Stellar app, you first need to create a manual order in Shopify.

🔹 Steps to Create a Manual Order:
1. Log in to your Shopify Admin Panel
Go to your Shopify store admin using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Orders Section
From the left-hand menu, click on “Orders.”

3. Click on “Create Order”
On the top-right corner of the Orders page, click the “Create order” button.

4. Add Products to the Order
Click “Browse Products” to select the products you want to include.
You can also add custom items if needed.

5. Add Customer Information
Click “Browse customers” to assign a customer to the order.
If it’s a new customer, click “Create a new customer.”

6. Add Shipping Address (if required)
If the order needs to be shipped, enter the customer’s shipping address.

7. Select a Shipping Method
Choose an appropriate shipping rate for the order.

8. Save or Mark the Order as Paid
You can send an invoice to the customer or
Mark the order as paid if payment was received offline.

9. Click “Create Order”
Once all details are added, click “Create order.”

📌 Your manual order is now created in Shopify.

Add Delivery Date and Time Using Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup App

Now that the manual order has been created, follow these steps to add the delivery date and time using the Stellar app.

🔹 Steps to Add Delivery Date and Time:

1. Open the Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup App
Go to the Apps section in your Shopify admin and click on “Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup.”

2. Go to the Order Listing Section
From the right-hand side menu (just below the app name), click on “Order Listing.”

3. Go to the “All Orders” Tab
Once inside the Order Listing, click on the “All Orders” tab. This will display a list of all Shopify orders (including the one you just created).

4. Search for the Manually Created Order
Use the search bar to find the manual order you just created. You can search by Order Number, Customer Name, or Email ID.

5. Click the Plus (+) Icon in the Actions Column
Once you find the order, look at the “Actions” column and click the Plus (+) icon. This icon allows you to add delivery details.

6. Enter the Delivery Date and Time
A popup or modal window will appear.
Select the Delivery Date from the calendar.
Select the Delivery Time Slot (if time slots are enabled in your app settings).

7. Click Save
After selecting the date and time, click on “Save” to apply the changes.

8. Verify the Details
The delivery date and time will now be shown for that order in the Stellar app.
