Enabling delivery app in Shopify POS
- Using your device, log in to your Shopify POS account.
- Once you’re logged in, you’ll be on the home screen of your Shopify POS.
- Click on the “Add Tile” option. This option typically allows you to customize your POS interface.
- A window will open with various options. Select “App” from the list.
- In the list of available apps, locate and select “Delivery & Pickup.”
- In the “App extension” tab, you’ll find an option to add the app to your Shopify POS. Click on “Add.”
- After adding the app to your POS, click on the “Save” button at the top of the screen to confirm the changes.
- Congratulations, you’ve successfully added the Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup app to your Shopify POS device.

- Look for “Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup” and select it. This is where you can set the delivery date and time for your product.
- Choose the preferred delivery date and time from the available options.
- After selecting the date and time, click on the “Save Date and Time” button to confirm your choice.
- Close the delivery selection window and return to your cart.
- You’ll now see the selected delivery date and time displayed under the “Additional Details” section for the product you added to the cart.
- You have successfully selected a delivery date and time for the product in your cart using Shopify POS.

Features Incompatible with Shopify POS
While the integration between Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup and Shopify POS offers a host of benefits, there are certain features that are not compatible with the POS system. These features include:
Shipping Price: The feature to calculate and display shipping prices is not compatible with Shopify POS. Shipping costs will need to be managed through your online store.
Product Delivery Scheduler: The ability to schedule deliveries for specific products is not available in the POS system.
The integration with Shopify POS is compatible with our Pickup & Delivery (Standard and Unlimited) plans. However, it is not supported by our Pickup & Delivery (Lite) and Product Delivery Scheduler plans.
