Our dashboard is the central place to monitor your loyalty program’s performance and take important actions — all from a single screen. It includes several key sections such as the Setup Guide, Analytics, Latest 5 Customers, Activity feed: Latest 10, and the Store Credit Conversion area. Let’s now explore each of these sections in more detail, one by one.
Setup Guide
The Setup Guide helps you complete any skipped steps during onboarding. Think of it as a quick checklist to ensure your loyalty program is fully set up and running smoothly. If anything was missed earlier, this is the perfect place to catch up and get everything in order.
Analytics
The Analytics section gives you a bird’s-eye view of how your loyalty program is performing.
Here’s what you’ll find:
- New members added: See how many new members joined, and how many among them have earned or redeemed loyalty points.
- Coupon generated: Track how many discount coupons have been created, used, or cancelled.
- Redemption rate: View total redemptions, refunds, and points earned.
- Influenced Revenue: Check the subtotal of orders influenced by the loyalty program and the discounts applied through it.
Additionally, a filter option on the right allows you to select data for this month, last month, or any custom date range — giving you more flexibility in viewing your data.
Latest 5 Customers
This section shows a quick list of the five most recent customers who joined your loyalty program. Each entry displays the customer’s name, email, and current point balance.
Hover over any customer in the list to quickly adjust their points right from this view. You can also search for any customer using the search bar and update their points without leaving the dashboard. A refresh button helps you reload the latest customer data on demand.
Activity feed: Latest 10
The Activity Feed keeps you informed about the ten most recent loyalty-related activities happening in your store. Whether a customer signs up, earns points, or redeems a reward etc. — this feed captures it all. Each activity log includes the type of action, along with the date and time it occurred.
Store Credit Conversion
This area shows the current conversion rates between loyalty points and store credit, based on your configured currencies. If your store supports multiple currencies, you can manage how each one is handled here. You can add new currencies, adjust point-to-credit values, or update settings as needed.
