Job Description

We are hiring a talented Sales Development Representative professional to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in iDebtixweb’s products and be able to clearly articulate how our products and teams can help Clients drive online success
  • Work with inbound leads as well as generate outbound leads to consistently over-achieve on a quarterly lead quota
  • Expand relationships with prospects and Clients, allowing them to understand the full breadth solutions
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis, building deep relationships and understanding of our offering
  • Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities
  • Research and log contact, account and opportunity information
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to improve on existing processes with the goal of improving efficiency and lead conversions

Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the tech
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM or other CRM applications is required
  • Ability to find creative ways to prospect to create sales opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone, chat, and email
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and thrive in a dynamic work environment Consistent over-achievement and work ethic
  • Experience effectively leading prospect/client expectations
  • Be organized and come in everyday with a plan
