Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Team Lead specializing in NodeJS and React JS to become a valuable addition to our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL , along with a proven track record in architecture and troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities for Team Lead NodeJS/ReactJS

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MySQL / PostgreSQL.
  • React.js Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Code Versioning: Be proficient with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
  • Demonstrate a strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping new projects.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of systems.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and be an effective team player.
  • Actively participate in the design and development of new systems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in MySQL / PostgreSQL and NodeJS / React JS.

Skills for Team Lead NodeJS/ReactJS

  • Strong expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL and NodeJS / React JS.
  • React.js Workflows: Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
  • Required depth knowledge of React.js and Nodejs and also its modern features.
  • Restful APIs: Familiarity with Restful APIs is a valuable asset.
  • Proven experience in architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with Linux and command line interface.
  • Version Control: Proficient in version control systems like GIT.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a Team Lead.
