- Should have excellent Communication Skills (Written and Spoken) and has to have a good understanding of technology terminologies and trends
- The person should have worked previously on online Bidding portal such as UPWORK, Guru, and Freelancer, etc.
- Proficiency in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, and responding to RFI, RFP, etc.
- Excellent in submitting a proposal, meetings targets on UPWORK
- Responsible for submitting a Complete Bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Work on the given targets for the month and find different ways of achieving the desired results
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner
